The Opportunity
This is a high-impact Business Development Representative (BDR) role created due to continued growth. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a strategic outbound environment , enjoys working closely with a collaborative sales team, and wants to grow within a high-upside SaaS organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own a fully outbound business development motion (no inbound leads)
Conduct outreach through calling, messaging, and personalized prospecting
Manage a targeted 150-account list with intentional, high-quality engagement
Set approximately 3 meetings per week / 10 meetings per month
Maintain daily activity standards of 5-10 meaningful sales conversations per day
Add ~ 125 new contacts weekly into outbound sequences
Utilize tools including HubSpot and internal CRM systems
Collaborate closely with leadership and apply coaching feedback quickly
Performance Expectations
5-10 outbound prospecting conversations per day
3 qualified meetings set per week
Consistent, strategic outreach - focused on quality over volume
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
6-8+ months of SaaS sales experience (no recent grads)
Extremely driven and competitive with a strong desire to outperform
Coachable -able to take feedback and immediately apply it
Self-sufficient problem solver (comes with solutions, not just questions)
Strong interpersonal presence and comfort working in an office team environment
Preferred Traits
Experience selling into mid‑market or enterprise SaaS organizations
Confident engaging customer success, post‑sales, or revenue leaders
Strong social skills, even if coming from a remote‑first background
On‑Target Earnings: ~$85,000 (uncapped commission)
Commission paid monthly
Hybrid flexibility earned based on weekly quota attainment
Full medical coverage beginning the first day of the month
