This role assists patrons with needs, supports crowd flow, and helps with the safe and orderly loading of buses under the supervision of Supervisors. Event Staff play a key role in ensuring positive rider experiences during high-volume events. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of customer service, event support, or public-facing experience Ability to follow instructions and work under the direction of Supervisors Experience interacting with the public in fast-paced or high-traffic environments Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patrons and staff Experience Preferences Experience working on special events, transportation services, or crowd management Experience assisting with passenger loading, queuing, or boarding procedures Experience in public service, hospitality, security, or event operations Familiarity with public transportation systems or large-scale event logistics Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds as needed Ability to climb steps, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements Adequate vision, hearing, and communication ability to assist patrons and respond to instructions Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules Education Requirements High school diploma or GED Education Preferences Coursework or training in customer service, hospitality, public safety, or event management Certifications related to crowd control, safety awareness, or customer service Training Schedule TBD Schedule Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST).
