About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development & Provider Relations Representative to help us grow patient volume through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and event-based engagement. This role is a hybrid of sales, marketing, provider account management, and community outreach — perfect for someone who thrives outside of the office, enjoys making meaningful connections, and wants to be on the front lines of growth. Key Responsibilities Provider & Partner Relations (B2B) Serve as the relationship owner for referring providers (PCPs, specialists, chiropractors, etc.) across all ARI locations Conduct regular visits to referring and prospective provider offices to nurture referrals and educate on ARI services Manage relationships with vendor/partner reps (e.g., device manufacturers) to identify co-marketing and educational opportunities Track referral volume by source and implement tactics to grow, reactivate, or support top referrers Community Engagement & Field Marketing (B2C) Represent ARI at community events, health fairs, professional meetups, and relevant local gatherings Interact with prospective patients in-person: book appointments on-site or follow up with appointment requests Coordinate and attend dinners, happy hours, and weekend events as needed to maintain community presence Collaborate with marketing team to activate brand campaigns at events Manage outbound calling/texting to digital and in-person leads from campaigns and events Support providers with follow-through on patient referrals and appointment conversions Coordinate with operators to ensure leads are routed and tracked effectively Reporting & Accountability Maintain organized visit tracking and reporting across all provider and community touchpoints Provide regular updates on referrals, leads, relationship health, and outreach activityMeet agreed-upon targets for referrals, appointments, and lead conversions Who You Are Charismatic, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversation with both providers and patients Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable — you thrive in a flexible, non-9-to-5 environment Able to build trust-based relationships quickly and understand how to sell through service A closer: you follow through and ensure leads convert into appointments and referrals Passionate about patient care, community connection, and representing a mission-driven organization Qualifications 2+ years in healthcare business development, provider relations, field sales, or community engagement (preferred) Proficiency in field Sales and Lead Generation for business growth Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships Proven experience working independently and managing field activities Healthcare, pain management, or wellness industry experience is a plus Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel across clinic locations, events and meetings around South Florida, mainly the Broward county. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred Schedule & Compensation Hybrid schedule with regular travel in the field Evenings/weekends required based on event calendar Base salary + tiered commission/bonus structure based on performance Ready to Join Our Team?
