We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Event Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for event management and an understanding of digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Content Creation Capture photo and video content at the park, including daily operations and special events Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Write engaging captions and help grow audience engagement Assist in developing content calendars and promotional campaigns Monitor social media trends and adapt content accordingly Event Planning & Execution Assist with planning and organizing seasonal and special events Help coordinate vendors, supplies, and event logistics Support event setup and breakdown Serve as on-site support during events (including some evenings/weekends) Capture live event content for social media promotion Ideal Candidate Creative and comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Self-motivated and proactive Available for evening and weekend events required What This Role Offers Real-world marketing and event management experience Opportunity to build a professional portfolio Hands-on involvement in community events Potential for growth into expanded responsibilities This role is hands-on.
