NextGen Design & Build is a fast-growing, family-owned construction design center with a full-service showroom. We help homeowners bring their vision to life—from product selection to project completion—and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us. We’re seeking a Marketing Manager & Showroom Assistant who is both creative and sales-minded , with a passion for design and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Marketing Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive leads and brand awareness Manage social media platforms and create engaging content Visit job sites to capture photos and videos for marketing use Assist with website updates, email campaigns, and promotions Support marketing efforts for showroom events and home shows Showroom & Sales Support Greet and assist customers in the showroom Guide clients through product selections (flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, etc.) Lead design appointments and help move clients toward next steps Convert leads into clients Attend home shows to get leads and tell people about our company Maintain showroom organization and visual presentation Assist with scheduling and client follow-up Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Marketing experience (preferred) Comfortable creating content and using social media platforms Highly organized and detail-oriented Sales-driven mindset with the ability to engage and build trust Interest in construction, design, or home improvement is a plus Why Join NextGen Design & Build Family-oriented, team-focused environment Growing company with advancement opportunities Hands‑on role combining marketing, design, and sales Opportunity to directly impact company growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
