Role Summary Reporting to the VP of Merchandising & Marketing, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in analyzing marketing performance, improving campaign effectiveness, and supporting strategic initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills who is comfortable working with data, building reports, and managing projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will help turn marketing data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and improved results. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Performance Tracking Analyze marketing performance across channels and identify opportunities for improvement Build and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI Evaluate effectiveness of marketing spend and identify areas for optimization Campaign Support & Execution Assist in managing marketing campaigns across email, digital platforms, and third-party channels Support execution of marketing initiatives with a focus on accuracy, organization, and timelines Help manage and optimize paid advertising efforts (including third-party platforms) Coordinate campaign schedules and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives Project Management & Organization Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met Develop and maintain clear workflows, timelines, and reporting processes Work cross-functionally with sales, merchandising, and operations teams Ensure consistency and organization across all marketing activities Technology & Innovation Utilize data tools, Excel, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and insights Leverage AI tools to support analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows Qualifications 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, or a related role Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and translate data into insights Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Experience tracking and reporting on marketing performance Preferred Skills Experience with marketing analytics or performance marketing Exposure to AI tools for analysis or marketing workflows Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns What We Offer Generous vacation policy 401(k) with company match Growth opportunity within an established, expanding organization Opportunity to play a key role in improving marketing performance and strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr
