
Marketing Assistant

Location: Remote (Preferably based in the Pacific Time Zone)
Schedule: Approximately 12 hours per week
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative/Marketing Assistant to support experienced Financial Advisor . Key Responsibilities
Respond to client service requests related to financial products and follow up with the parent office as needed
Make and receive calls with existing and prospective clients to schedule meetings and follow up on administrative items
Manage calendars and coordinate client appointments
Organize and maintain client files and databases using Salesforce and proprietary systems
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently; learn and work within proprietary software platforms
Assist with the development and execution of compliance-approved marketing campaigns using pre-approved materials and sales copy
Help organize and support virtual and in-person seminars
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of administrative, customer service or marketing experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional phone presence and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment
