Periscope Search Group is a boutique executive search firm specializing in marketing and technology-driven organizations across North America. We are a lean, fast-moving team that runs on smart systems and strong relationships. We are looking for a part-time coordinator to help us scale.
The Role
This is a hybrid, part-time position based in South Florida. You will work closely with the founder to keep recruiting operations running smoothly, build and manage automated workflows, and support LinkedIn marketing efforts. If you are organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable wearing multiple hats, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate candidate and client interviews, including scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and logistics
Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like Make.com or Zapier
Manage LinkedIn ad campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and performance reporting
Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks as the business grows
Identify opportunities to use AI tools to improve efficiency across the team
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in an operations, admin, or marketing coordination role
Hands‑on experience with workflow automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, or similar)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or other digital ad platforms
Comfortable working with AI tools and integrating them into daily workflows
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self‑directed and able to manage priorities without heavy oversight
Experience in a recruiting, staffing, or professional services environment is a plus
Compensation
$50,000 to $70,000 (pro‑rated for part‑time hours), commensurate with experience.
Location
South Florida preferred. Hybrid schedule with some in-person availability expected.
