Position:Bilingual Leasing Agent

Location:Hialeah, FL

Pay:$21 to $22/hour

Experience:

1. Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
2. Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Schedule:Monday - Friday, Day Shift (Ability to work weekends as needed)

Job Description:

1. Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone.
2. Conduct property tours and highlight features, amenities, and community benefits.
3. Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads promptly.
4. Process rental applications, verify information, and coordinate approvals.
5. Prepare leases and explain terms and conditions to new residents.
6. Maintain accurate records of prospects, traffic, and leasing activity.
7. Support marketing and outreach efforts to drive traffic.
8. Assist with resident relations and retention initiatives.
9. Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in.
10. Stay informed on market trends and competitor pricing.

Position Requirements:

1. Bilingual in Spanish and English.
2. Sales-driven with the ability to close leases.
3. Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Organized with attention to detail.
