Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and client-focused
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about providing exceptional service and contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment. The successful candidate will manage a fresh book of business, focusing on standard personal lines accounts such as home, auto, and umbrella policies. This position offers a chance to grow within a tight-knit team that values education, teamwork, and professional development. Compensation Package Salary Range : $50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Incentive Plan : Quarterly incentive plan based on new business and retention goals. Work Schedule : Full-time, in-office for 5 days a week. Eligible for 1 work-from-home day per week after 90 days. Benefits : Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a fresh book of business, focusing on standard personal lines accounts (home, auto, umbrella). Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals for new business and retention. Stay updated on industry trends and pursue professional development opportunities. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Additional designations are preferred. Experience : Minimum of 2+ years in sales or service; 5+ years preferred. Candidates with captive experience will also be considered. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred. Soft Skills : Passionate, team-oriented, client-focused, eager to learn and grow, and a positive attitude. Education : Commitment to ongoing education and professional development is highly valued.
