Position Summary
In this role, you will assist our sales team in researching buyer trends, creating reference guides, making slide decks, and producing other training materials in support of the organization’s objectives.
Position Details
As part of this role, you will collaborate cross‑functionally with the Technology, Accounting, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams to support the sales effort through content development and analysis.
Work Environment
This is a 10‑week summer internship from June 2, 2026 – August 6, 2026. The position follows a hybrid work schedule, with Tuesday through Thursday in office and the remainder remote.
Responsibilities
Coordinate new‑hire materials for sales reps.
Maintain SharePoint site and other resource centers that house training content.
Assist in conducting market research to identify buyer trends.
Support event preparation by coordinating dates, appointments, details, speakers, and logistics.
Coordinate with clients for event and meeting scheduling.
Requirements
Education : Preferred field of studies: pursuing a bachelor’s of business, technology, human resources, or other related fields.
Experience : 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
Skills : Strong problem‑solving analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; high levels of commitment and initiative; ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment; proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Physical Requirements : Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and using office equipment.
