Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to support and enhance our organization’s technology infrastructure. This role will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our company website, managing internal systems, ensuring cybersecurity, and supporting both office and field staff with their technology needs. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, resourceful, and able to manage multiple IT functions in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
Maintain, update, and improve the company website
Coordinate upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting
Ensure website performance, security, and user experience
Systems & Productivity Tools
Manage and support productivity tracking systems and internal software
Troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements
Assist with integration of new tools and technologies
IT Support & Infrastructure
Serve as primary point of contact for all IT-related issues
Maintain office computers, networks, and hardware
Provide technical support to administrative and clinical staff (both in‑office and remote)
Cybersecurity
Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and best practices
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and respond to threats
Ensure data protection and compliance with applicable regulations
Equipment & Inventory Management
Manage inventory of computers, devices, and IT equipment
Order, configure, and deploy equipment for new and existing staff
Track assets and ensure proper maintenance and replacement cycles
Technology Planning & Support
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology
Assist leadership with IT strategy and scaling infrastructure
Support onboarding/offboarding processes from a technical standpoint
Qualifications
Certification or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role
Experience with website management
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices
Experience supporting remote users and mobile devices
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data security standards
