N/A General Role Description Organize and manage the Company's trade shows to meet the marketing program and branding objectives Role Accountabilities - Facilitate the identification of trade shows and marketing messaging and tactics, and secure approvals, in collaboration with business unit (BU) and other marketing team members - Lead the pre-show planning as approved - Prepare post-show reports for BU and Marketing leadership - Secure and maintain lead retrieval during shows - Ensure trade show organizers, booth fabricators/display companies, and other external providers meet all agreed deliverables per design - Monitor schedule, shipping, import/export compliance, and logistics for all marketing and trade show related goods and services; resolve or escalate issues, as necessary - Maintain booth schedule for BU use - Coordinate with the Creative Manager to ensure sufficient inventory of approved promotional items for use at events is available - Ensure trade show inventory of displays, banners, and graphics are accounted for at all times - Plan and execute internal employee events as requested by leadership as appropriate - Ensure attendees are notified of requirements for full and timely registration and ensure the registration of those who meet the requirements General Employee Accountabilities - Bring full effort to bear on tasks assigned by manager - Give manager best advice - Give earliest notice when work cannot be delivered as specified - Cooperate and collaborate with peers and interact cross-organizationally as specified by manager - Exemplify Company Core Values: Integrity, Client Focus, Team Orientation, and Personal Commitment - Comply with all Company policies, practices, and procedures and all regulations and laws - Recommend viable improvements proactively - Ensure effective utilization of business tools and processes Job #
