Responsibilities: Design and produce proposal materials, including covers, dividers, and supporting graphics (charts, tables, infographics, and aerials) Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations, including animations and embedded multimedia Create marketing collateral such as advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials Support video editing, formatting, and file optimization for presentations and digital use Prepare files for digital and print submissions, including complex in-house printing and formatting Collaborate with marketing coordinators and technical staff to develop visually compelling materials Assist with interactive PDFs, including bookmarks and linked content Provide general graphics support for proposals and marketing efforts as needed Serve as a resource for branding consistency, logo usage, and file management Support "all hands on deck" proposal efforts, including formatting and production assistance under tight deadlines Design and produce materials for industry awards submissions (e.g., presentation boards) Develop internal graphics, including office displays and digital content Create graphics for branded merchandise, signage, and field applications Assist with layout and production of magazine-style brochures and leave-behind materials Coordinate and execute in-house printing, including assembly and finishing Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
InDesign Photoshop Illustrator
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office:
PowerPoint (advanced) Word Teams (collaborative workflows)
Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and work effectively in a team Basic knowledge of print production and digital file preparation Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro Experience with tools such as Google Earth and/or 3D modeling software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp)Experience with video editing and file optimization tools (e.g., Media Encoder, HandBrake) Experience with proposal or A/E/C industry-related graphics Experience creating presentations with animations and embedded multimedia Preferred Experience:
Experience in the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry Proposal and/or marketing experience in a professional services environment Experience with large-format graphics, printing, and production processes Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 0-6 years of professional graphic design experience A resume and portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience and visual design skills are required Requirements
Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members
