Healthcare Sales Director
to lead growth, marketing, and community outreach efforts for a mission-driven senior care organization focused on value-based care for vulnerable elderly populations in the Newark, NJ market. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving
census growth, managing enrollment performance, and building strong referral relationships
across hospitals, physician groups, senior housing, post-acute facilities, and community organizations. You will oversee all outreach and marketing activities while leading a team to achieve aggressive growth and performance goals. This position requires a data-driven leader with strong experience in
healthcare sales, team leadership, and CRM-based performance tracking (Salesforce) . You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to monitor KPIs, improve processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while delivering on strategic growth targets. Key Responsibilities
Drive census growth and enrollment targets Lead marketing, outreach, and community engagement strategy Manage referral partnerships across healthcare networks Oversee enrollment workflows and process improvements Track and report team performance using Salesforce and KPI dashboards Develop and manage departmental budgets Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies Requirements
Bachelors degree required 5+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare sales or business development Strong experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive performance Experience building relationships across healthcare networks Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $140,000 $180,000 Relocation assistance available Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision) PTO: 17 days + 12 holidays + 6 sick days Location
Newark, New Jersey Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the sales & marketing industry Legally authorized to work in the United States At least bachelor's degree or higher
