Sales & Customer Support Coordinator
The Sales & Customer Support Coordinator serves as the front-facing administrative and operational hub for the Sales and Engineering teams. This role manages front desk operations, incoming communications, sales order processing, quoting support, project documentation, and customer care responsibilities. The position plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy of documentation, timely processing of orders and quotes, organized project records, and a professional customer experience. This individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Education & Experience
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred 35+ years administrative, customer support, or sales support experience in a manufacturing or technical environment preferred Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required Ability to Work Independently
Accepts responsibility for delegated decisions Demonstrates reliability and strong follow-through Requires minimal supervision once trained Serves as dependable administrative resource to internal teams Scope of Responsibilities
Coordinates daily administrative and sales support activities Maintains documentation integrity and process accuracy Suggests process improvements and efficiency enhancements Supports departmental objectives through proactive execution Identifies opportunities to improve documentation workflows and reporting accuracy Massman Companies
