We are committed to driving sustainable practices and enhancing energy efficiency through cutting‑edge technology and innovative solutions. Our team is dedicated to creating a sustainable future by empowering industries to transition toward cleaner energy sources and reduce their carbon footprint. Join us in our mission to make the world a more sustainable place while delivering exceptional value to our customers.
As Director of IT for ISC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering technology capabilities that enable resilient, efficient, and scalable supply chain and plant operations across PT. This role will lead the strategy and execution of ISC capabilities to simplify core processes, enable end‑to‑end visibility, drive operational efficiencies and support sustainable business growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing ISC focused transformation roadmaps in partnership with ENIT and functional leaders; delivering digital capabilities that strengthen procurement, manufacturing, planning, logistics, and quality outcomes; driving business adoption; and ensuring seamless integration across technology landscape.
Responsibilities
Strategy, Governance & Operating Model Own and deliver enterprise IT capabilities that enable and optimize core ISC processes—including manufacturing, planning, logistics, sourcing, and quality—to improve efficiency, resilience, and scalability. Establish a clear ISC technology operating model (demand intake, prioritization, funding governance, and release management) aligned to PT and enterprise IT standards. Lead end‑to‑end portfolio planning, balancing run, grow, and transform work while ensuring delivery commitments, transparency, and stakeholder alignment. Drive process standardization and simplification across sites/functions, managing exceptions intentionally and reducing customizations that increase cost and risk. Partner with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity teams to ensure ISC solutions align with reference architectures, integration patterns, and security controls. Integration, Data & Digital Enablement Ensure tight integration between ERP and ISC platforms to enable end to end supply chain visibility, data driven decision making, and performance optimization. Define and enforce integration and data principles that connect plan-source-make-deliver-quality processes across the technology landscape. Champion data quality, master data stewardship, and KPI definitions required for reliable visibility, planning, execution, and performance management. Enable analytics and digital capabilities (e.g., workflow automation, advanced planning enablers, decision support) that improve service, cost, and inventory outcomes. Ensure solution designs support scalability, performance, and traceability requirements across manufacturing and supply chain operations. Partner closely with PT ISC business leaders to co‑develop and execute technology roadmaps that drive operational excellence, supply chain resilience, and measurable business outcomes. Collaborate with plant and engineering leaders to align IT priorities, enabling reliable, safe, and efficient plant operations while respecting site constraints. Drive standard approaches for connectivity, data flows, and support models between plant floor environments and enterprise systems. Ensure appropriate controls are in place for IT-related change management, lifecycle management, and incident response in coordination with site stakeholders. Support plant digitalization and reliability initiatives by identifying and scaling repeatable use cases across sites. Delivery, Change Management & Adoption Lead end‑to‑end delivery for ISC programs and product increments—from business case through design, build, test, deployment, stabilization, and benefits realization. Drive organizational change management: stakeholder alignment, communications, training enablement, and super‑user networks to maximize adoption. Embed continuous improvement practices (process, data, and system) and create feedback loops with operations to sustain performance. Establish and report measurable value outcomes (service, cost, working capital, productivity), ensuring transparency and accountability. Provide day‑to‑day leadership, stability, and continuous improvement for critical ISC applications, ensuring high availability, business continuity, and strong user adoption. Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary global team across ISC, setting clear expectations and driving accountability for results. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, enabling teams to deliver results in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. Own and manage ISC technology budgets, ensuring investments are aligned with PT business priorities and deliver measurable value and return on investment. Establish and monitor KPIs and value realization metrics, making data‑driven course corrections to ensure operational, financial, and strategic objectives are met or exceeded. Qualifications
