Director of Finance

Job Description
This position is responsible for reviewing financial data and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Coordinates funding source reports and works closely with the CEO and program directors to organize these resources in accordance with GAAP standards and maintain compliance with funding entities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting. Masters preferred.
3-5 years experience in nonprofit or public accounting.
Proficiency in MS Office—including Excel, Abila Payroll and ADP (preferred).
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable/Payable.
Ability to monitor own work to ensure quality, accuracy and thoroughness
Work & Compensation Location: Alton, IL
Job Type: Full Time-40 hours
Pay: $85k-$105k annually
