Program Director, Human Services/IDD Programs | $60K Salary

Leadership Responsibilities As Program Director, you will oversee operations and lead a team providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Oversee operations of up to four community-based IDD programs Hire, train, supervise, and develop program staff Ensure person-centered services that support independence and quality of life Manage budgets, safety standards, and regulatory compliance Build relationships with families, stakeholders, and community partners Provide leadership support and occasional on-call coverage to maintain program stability
Qualifications Bachelors degree and 23 years Human Services experience are preferred Valid drivers license, insurance, and required state certifications Strong organizational and communication skills Compassionate leadership and a hands-on approach
