Leadership Responsibilities
As a Program Director, you will oversee operations and lead a team providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Oversee operations of up to four community-based IDD programs
Hire, train, supervise, and develop program staff
Ensure person-centered services that support independence and quality of life
Manage budgets, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
Build relationships with families, stakeholders, and community partners
Provide leadership support and occasional on-call coverage to maintain program stability
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ Human Services experience are preferred
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and required state certifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Compassionate leadership and a hands-on approach
