Website & Project Specialist
About the Role: This Division is looking for a proactive Website & Tech Project Specialist to support our digital presence and internal tech initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work independently under general guidance. You'll primarily work in-person during training, with potential for a hybrid schedule afterward.
What You'll Do:
Keep our agency website updated and running smoothly.
Convert agency information into easy-to-understand web content for childcare providers, parents, and the public.
Assist in assuring agency website and documents are ADA compliant.
Assist managers with computer-related needs for various special projects.
Work with the Civil Penalty Program Coordinator in the processing of issuing and collecting money penalties.
What We're Looking For
Education:
High School Diploma.
Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in graphic design, computer programming, or a related technical field.
Skills:
Comfortable with Microsoft SharePoint Frameworks.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Experience in graphic design, web design, or similar.
Familiar with design tools like Canva.
Able to clearly explain website updates and ideas to management.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Reliable attendance is a must.
