Description In this Senior Superintendent role, you will:
Lead all on‑site construction activities for large‑scale, ground‑up multifamily projects valued at \$80M+
Drive schedule, quality, safety, and site logistics from mobilization through final turnover
Manage large field teams, assistant superintendents, and multiple subcontractor crews across complex scopes
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, ownership reps, inspectors, and trade partners to ensure alignment and execution
Operate as the primary on‑site leader, fostering a high‑performance culture and setting expectations for professionalism and accountability
Deliver projects on time and up to standard while navigating challenges such as phasing, inspections, and jurisdictional requirements
Champion best‑in‑class safety practices, site cleanliness, and detailed documentation
Mentor and develop junior field staff, helping build the next generation of leadership
