Join Our Team as an Appointment Setter at Green Energy Windows!
Are you a friendly and outgoing individual who loves connecting with people? Green Energy Windows is looking for enthusiastic Appointment Setters to help us reach new customers and spread the word about our energy-efficient window solutions. In this role, you will be the friendly voice our potential clients hear first, helping them conveniently schedule appointments with our sales experts.
Your Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential customers and warmly introduce Green Energy Windows.
Schedule appointments for our sales team, making sure customers feel valued and heard.
Keep accurate records of appointments and customer interactions.
Follow up with leads to maintain relationships and encourage engagement.
Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a positive work environment.
We believe a friendly smile and positive attitude go a long way—join us and help make a difference in people’s homes!
What We’re Looking For:
Warm, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in appointment setting or customer service is a plus.
Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and follow-ups.
Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.

Base PLUS Commissions
$680/week Guaranteed (40 hr week)

Setters averaging $1200-$1400/week
