About the Role We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, schedule jobs, and follow up with customers for our home repair and remodeling business.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that combines
service, coordination, and light sales follow-up . You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in keeping jobs moving.
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls from customers requesting home repair services
Schedule on-site estimates and service appointments
Make outbound follow-up calls on quotes and open jobs
Communicate with customers and technicians to keep schedules on track
Enter and manage job details in our system
Greet customers in-office when needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (phone + in-person)
Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Basic computer skills (CRM/scheduling software experience is a plus)
Reliable, consistent, and customer-focused
No experience necessary - we will train you and you will have your own coach
Compensation & Benefits
$20–$23/hour based on experience
Quarterly performance bonus
Paid vacation (accrual begins after 90 days)
Additional paid time off
