We have an immediate opening for a Patient Services Representative to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in North Raleigh, North Carolina. The address of this new clinic will be 11081 Forest Pines Dr #104, Raleigh, NC 27614.
This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors to the office
Answer and assist all incoming telephone calls
Schedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system and conducting follow-up calls when necessary
Provide timely and accurate information and quality customer service to incoming patient inquiries
Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information
Qualifications
High school diploma; Associates degree or Business School diploma
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position
Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)
Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment
