Job Title: Graduate Recruitment & Outreach Specialist, Fisher College of Business
Department: Fisher College | Graduate Programs Administration
Works closely with the Director of Recruitment and Outreach to achieve graduate admission goals, with a primary emphasis on prospect relationship management, recruitment funnel advancement, and yield optimization. This includes identifying and cultivating prospective graduate candidates, managing inquiry pools, delivering targeted outreach and communications, and evaluating engagement and conversion outcomes to improve recruitment effectiveness.
The position also holds significant responsibility for managing assigned prospect pipelines and supporting applicants through the admissions process, ensuring timely communication, accurate tracking in customer relationship management systems, and alignment with recruitment goals established in collaboration with the Director of Recruitment and Outreach.
Additionally, the role focuses on continuous pipeline development, recruitment events, program visibility, and content development. This includes planning and executing prospect and progress recruitment events and programming, serving as a visible representative and ambassador for assigned graduate programs, creating recorded and digital content and collaborating with marketing, program leadership, students, and alumni to promote programs and increase engagement.
Some evening and weekend work is required.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. Four (4) years’ experience working in higher education, recruitment, sales, or a related field. Demonstrated experience working in a team-based work environment. Ability to interact professionally with prospective students, faculty, staff, alumni, and corporate partners. Strong time management, organizational, communication, analytical, and customer-service skills
Desired Qualifications Master's Degree or equivalent education and experience. Experience in recruiting and admissions in an academic setting.
