Job Summary The Employee Relations Administrator will coordinate department activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to the employee relations team. The department administrator will also be knowledgeable in office administrative duties, gathering, collecting, and maintaining documents and records required for contract.
"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership."
Major Responsibilities
Assist department with daily tasks such as printing documents, creating letterheads, converting PDFs files, and reformatting documents, as needed.
Maintain department accounting services, including invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, expense report processing/reimbursement tracking and company credit card management.
Process Concur reports colleagues/manager
Employment processor for day-to-day functions such as payroll corrections, travel allowance, time sheet maintenance, and addressing general employee/management concerns for BEO. Timekeeping functions include maintenance of eTrack, cost codes, and payroll file for processing, etc.
Administrator to the ER manager, requiring professional interaction with customers, vendors, and internal personnel.
Audit, maintain and upload Work in Process (WIP) personnel files for all current and former employees.
Support Employee Relations Department by providing employee files, reports, and any other documentation relevant to an investigation.
Minimum Education Required High School/GED
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Education and Experience Requirements: Requires 2-4 years of related experience
Required Knowledge And Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR/ER.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
