JOB TITLE: AGRONOMIST (Upper Midwest) JOB LOCATION: Candidate must reside in SD, MN, IA, or WI. Preferential location in Southern Minnesota/Northern Iowa. Concept AgriTek is a leading source of innovative agricultural fertility products. Bringing new technology to commercial agriculture, Concept AgriTek’s Soil & Plant Nutrition Program is revolutionizing farming. We have delivered new concepts to our farmers by procuring high-quality fertilizers, biologicals, and micronutrients, as well as recommending an agronomy first approach. We are looking for a dynamic, hard-working individual to join our team as an Agronomist. AGRONOMIST ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical agronomic support to assigned area(s), DSM(s), dealers, and customers Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot agronomic issues, as well as provide agronomic recommendations Provide clear and consistent communication to customers, dealers, DSMs, and the Agronomy Team regarding assigned tasks, projects, trials, execution, and timing Maintain a healthy working relationship with all stakeholders (DSMs, dealers, customers) Plan and conduct field trials for product evaluation (with the use of the company planter, spray drone, and NDVI drone) Follow specific protocols to record required notes in all internal, third party, and demo field trials Manage all recorded notes, soil tests, tissue analyses, and have the ability to present this data in an understandable format for customers and dealers, as well as submit interpreted data to the direct supervisor Help provide training to clients and team members on agronomic best management practices (BMP) and standard operating procedures (SOP) Promote professionalism, safety, and positivity in the workplace Preform all other job functions as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or related field Must have a valid driver’s license and passport with the ability to work extended hours (seasonally dependent, up to 75% travel) and travel independently with occasional overnights Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation Strong agronomic background PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented, highly motivated, self-starting, driven individual Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously BENEFITS
