Senior Associate Brand Manager
to join our team. As a Sr. Associate Brand Manager on the Baby Operating Unit, you will partner with cross-functional teams across sales, creative and product development to support the diapers portfolio. You will be an owner of your business, leading key initiatives and day-to-day operations and assisting on strategic initiatives. What you'll do
Provide monthly reports of your category with key trends and recommendations to optimize business performance. Commercialize all product improvements, innovation, and updates by partnering with cross-functional teams from concept through launch. Responsibilities include leading project kickoffs with detailed scope, providing volume and net revenue forecasts, locking package briefs, copy and claims, and ensuring on-time delivery. Assist in new item sell-in including sell decks, forecasts, key dates, product samples and support plans. Support new product launches and quarterly marketing campaigns from creative and media briefs to final asset approvals and media plans. You'll love this job if you're

3+ years of core marketing experience (e.g., execution of new product launches, providing creative direction, building brand campaigns), ideally in CPG with traditional retail distribution. Proven analytical capabilities in interpreting data with actionable conclusions. Passion and enthusiasm for a consumer-first mindset, culture, innovation, and trends. Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred. Compensation
The pay range for this role is $97,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation is based on experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and location. The total rewards package may include base pay, annual incentive, benefits, retirement plan, equity, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Compensation may vary by location. Benefits & Perks
