Admissions Outreach Administrator - Creative and Marketing Liaison The Admissions Outreach Administrator serves as a key representative of BYU, driving student recruitment and engagement across an assigned region. Reporting to the Associate Director of Outreach, this role builds strong relationships with high school counselors, prospective students, parents, and community partners through personalized outreach and a variety of recruitment initiatives. In addition to territory management, this position leads creative project coordination for the Office of Admissions, partnering closely with Marketing and Communications to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand materials on time. The role also oversees the planning and execution of BYU admissions livestream events, ensuring an engaging and seamless experience for prospective students. What You Will Be Doing In This Position Outreach Efforts
Coordinate and present at outreach recruitment events and activities
Travel approximately 10 weeks out of the year to recruitment events across the country
Work evenings and weekends occasionally as needed
Serve as a High School Representative with an assignment to represent BYU Admissions and educate high school counselors, prospective students, and parents regarding admission criteria and processes
Meet with prospective students and parents regarding admission inquiries
Ensure that all outreach efforts align with the prescribed outreach objectives and vision
Manage special projects as directed
Creative Project Coordinator
Prepare a yearly plan for print, digital, video, and web projects for the Office of Admissions
Act as a liaison between the Office of Admissions and the Department of Marketing and Communications to ensure projects are on schedule and of high quality.
Coordinate and consult with other admission outreach administrators to ensure their creative and material needs are met.
Hold annual admissions marketing audit to keep all materials, videos, web content, etc. up to date
Livestreams Coordinator
Coordinate the planning and execution for all Outreach Livestream Events for the Office of Admissions
Develop the review plan for each of the livestream events and provide reports to the Associate Director of Outreach
Admissions Processes
Assist with applicant communication to admissions office
Assist with application decision‑making processes
Read applicant essays
What Qualifies You for This Role Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 1 year of experience in higher education recruitment; or equivalent combination of related experience and education.
Preferred: Master’s Degree in a related field of study, 3 years of experience in higher education and outreach or recruitment.

Preferred
Experience using Salesforce and/or other CRM solutions
Keen understanding of University admission processes
Familiarity with campus, both physically, organizationally, and online
Bi‑lingual Spanish speaker

Typical Starting Pay:
$65,500–$84,500
The actual compensation offered will take into consideration internal equity and may vary based on the candidate’s job‑related experience, knowledge, skills, and other relevant factors. Candidates with very significant work‑related experience may receive an offer higher than the posted typical range.
