clients in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities

Monitor shared inbox, assess requests for routine health system‑wide email distribution, and handle escalation as appropriate. Format and lightly edit system‑wide emails, manage the approval process, and distribute emails to the designated list. Transcribe monthly manager/leader meeting minutes, summarize key presentations, manage presenter approvals, post summaries on the intranet, and distribute via email. Maintain a list of institutional awards and achievements and create simple presentation slides for managers and leaders. Manage intranet web content, including submitted "Cheers to Peers” staff briefs, employee discounts, and routine vendor‑created banners. Provide general support and coordination for Communications Department projects and initiatives covering Issues and Reputation Management, Crisis Communications, Internal and Executive Communications, and Media Relations. Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, media relations, or a related role. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail is essential. Collaboratively minded self‑starter. Preferred Skills

Experience in healthcare, higher education, and large, complex organizations is a bonus. Experience with content management systems (WordPress), email distribution tools (ContactMonkey), and project management platforms (Workfront) preferred but not required.
