Group/Division With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next‑generation devices to volume production quickly and cost‑effectively. This role operates at the intersection of
metrology hardware, software platforms, data analytics, and customer operations . The Senior Director will provide executive‑level leadership across

Key Responsibilities FleetHub Platform & Portfolio Strategy
Own the
end‑to‑end portfolio strategy
for Fleet Solutions, with direct accountability for the
FleetHub platform roadmap , execution, and long‑term scalability.
Translate
Metrology and corporate strategy
into multi‑year platform and capability roadmaps for fleet‑level data aggregation, analytics, and monitoring.
Drive
investment prioritization and trade‑off decisions
across FleetHub capabilities, balancing customer value, internal operational needs, and platform sustainability.
Ensure FleetHub operates as a
shared infrastructure platform , enabling multiple tools, applications, and product divisions rather than a single product line.
Program Management at Enterprise Scale
Provide executive oversight for
multiple complex, cross‑functional programs
spanning software platform development, tool integration, deployment, and sustainment.
Lead programs across the full lifecycle‑from concept and architecture definition through development, global deployment, and long‑term operations.
Establish and maintain
program governance, operating cadence, and performance metrics
appropriate for a mission‑critical, always‑on platform.
Identify and mitigate
portfolio‑level risks , including cross‑division dependencies, data integrity, reliability, security, and scalability concerns.
Fleet Data, Analytics & Operational Enablement
Oversee programs enabling FleetHub to aggregate and analyze:
Operational data (job execution, inspection tasks, calibration activities)
Exception and error events (wafer handling errors, resets, fault conditions)
System‑level data (equipment states, control and communication status)
Ensure robust delivery of FleetHub‑hosted capabilities, including:
Operational and hardware analytics used by
Customer Support Engineers (CSEs)
and internal teams
Partner with engineering and service organizations to convert fleet insights into
actionable improvements
in tool performance, reliability, and customer outcomes.
Cross‑Functional & Organizational Leadership
Align FleetHub priorities with the needs of
multiple product divisions , resolving conflicts and driving consensus at the executive level.
Influence architectural decisions related to
data models, interfaces, platform extensibility, and tool onboarding .
Represent Fleet Solutions and FleetHub in
executive reviews, business planning cycles, and strategic operating forums .
Customer & Market Engagement
Engage directly with
key customers and internal stakeholders
to understand fleet‑level needs, operational pain points, and roadmap expectations.
Support executive‑level customer discussions related to
fleet analytics, uptime, productivity, and digital enablement .
Ensure customer requirements are translated into
clear platform priorities and execution plans
without compromising platform integrity.
Organizational & Talent Leadership
Lead, mentor, and scale a
senior program management organization
supporting FleetHub and Fleet Solutions.
Build a strong bench of leaders capable of operating across

within program management and across partner teams.
Travel
Willingness to travel internationally as required (typically up to ~15‑20%).

Base Pay Range: $238,500.00 - $417,400.00 Annually
