The Key Account Pricing (KAP) Agent — Americas is responsible for supporting country pricing teams by delivering high-quality customer pricing analysis and executing customized pricing solutions. The role plays a critical part in enabling commercial decision-making, ensuring pricing governance, and supporting strategic key accounts across the Americas region. This role requires strong analytical capability, pricing system expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple countries. The KAP Agent also serves as a subject matter expert and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the Key Account Pricing organization. Key Responsibilities Customer Pricing Analysis
Assess customer pricing requests from country teams, ensuring completeness of input data and pricing strategy; Extract and analyze existing customer business data; Simulate entire customer portfolios using current and potential volumes; Prepare comprehensive Customer Pricing Reports including: Pricing recommendations and GRE comments, Opportunity snapshots, Detailed analysis by product, lane, and weight break; Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records; Track KPIs including volume of requests, turnaround time (TAT), and SLA adherence; Drive continuous improvement initiatives and workshops; Custom Rate & Pricing Execution: Create and maintain Non-Standard Rate Cards (Custom RATEs) in GRE; Translate country pricing strategies into compliant target prices; Ensure adherence to minimum pricing, discounting, and GPP guidelines; Deactivate outdated or obsolete custom rates; Support pricing system escalations; Execute Annual and Off-Cycle General Pricing Increases; Support Tender Review Board cases, including preparation of OARs; Team & Operational Support: Balance workload across the Key Account Pricing team, Perform data quality reviews and cleansing, Participate in business and regional meetings, Act as a Subject Matter Expert for pricing systems and processes, Support system testing initiatives, Review and analyze monthly KPIs.
