Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an Automotive Customer Experience Representative who will be part of the customer service department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer centric mindset, and the ability to handle escalated situations effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Automotive Customer Experience Representative
Location: Remote (United States)
Pay Range: $25/hr. - $28/hr.
What's the Job?
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer interactions and executive follow-ups.
Support representatives by providing critical information and process guidance to assist customers promptly.
Handle public relations requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Utilize case management skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance overall service quality.
What's Needed?
A college degree is highly preferred.
3+ years of experience in customer service within the automotive industry.
Experience in a call center setting with a focus on handling escalated customer issues.
Strong understanding of the customer experience journey.
Familiarity with Salesforce and technical/app/phone support.
