Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to increase patient volumes and revenue growth
Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community partners to build relationships and drive referrals
Conduct thorough patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and monitor patient progress
Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and industry standards
Supervise and mentor admissions staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Analyze and report on admissions data to inform business decisions
Participate in internal committees and meetings to drive quality improvement initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and billing procedures
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in electronic medical records and data analysis software
