is looking for a Digital & E-Commerce Manager responsible for driving the brand’s growth across digital, e-commerce, and online communication. This is a hands-on, decision-making, and results-driven role, covering the full digital ecosystem of the brand - from the online store, performance marketing, and sales tools, through content, newsletter, and CRM, to social media and the digital presence of the brand and the Creative Director. The Digital & E-Commerce Manager is responsible for building a modern, globally accessible, and fast-growing online ecosystem around the brand, ensuring that all digital activities support sales, brand visibility, and long-term brand value. into a strong and effective sales engine, fully aligned with the brand’s DNA, aesthetics, and premium niche positioning. • Manage and develop the brand’s online store, ensuring a modern, globally accessible, high-performing, and conversion-driven e-commerce experience • Lead the brand’s e-commerce growth and all digital activities supporting online sales, customer acquisition, and long-term commercial performance • Lead the digital presence of

across all relevant online channels, with particular focus on social media, ensuring consistency, visibility, engagement, and strong commercial relevance • Support and develop the personal digital presence of the Founder and Creative Director, strengthening storytelling, visibility, and community building in alignment with the brand • Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across relevant channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms • Build and improve digital paths to purchase, performance marketing structures, and customer acquisition funnels • Identify, test, and implement new tools, sales opportunities, and growth channels, including social commerce, TikTok Shop, AI-supported solutions, and other innovative digital formats • Oversee the brand’s digital content ecosystem, including website content, product pages, newsletters, blog, and all digital assets supporting sales and brand visibility • Ensure that all digital communication, copy, and visual content are aligned with the brand’s tone, storytelling, aesthetics, and commercial goals • Manage and develop CRM, email marketing, and newsletter activities supporting retention, engagement, and repeat sales • Develop and execute influencer marketing and creator collaboration activities, including partnerships with influencers, tastemakers, editors, bloggers, and other relevant opinion leaders • Translate brand stories, launches, inspirations, and values into strong and engaging digital communication • Monitor and analyze e-commerce, campaign, content, and social media performance, implementing actions that improve traffic, conversion, engagement, and sales • Track digital trends, emerging tools, consumer behaviors, and competitor activity within niche fragrance, beauty, fashion, and luxury • Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, product, retail, and commercial teams to ensure that all digital activities support both online and offline growth • Proven experience in managing e-commerce and digital growth for premium or niche brands, particularly in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or luxury • Strong understanding of social media management, digital communication, and building brand visibility across online channels • Experience in growing online sales through performance marketing, digital strategy, and conversion-focused execution • Experience managing modern e-commerce platforms and building effective digital sales ecosystems • Strong understanding of content, CRM, email marketing, and customer journey management • Experience in developing digital storytelling and translating brand identity into compelling online communication • Understanding of influencer marketing, creator collaborations, and digital brand partnerships • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and accountability for results • High aesthetic sensitivity and strong understanding of the role of design, content, and storytelling in building brand value • Strong awareness of digital trends, emerging platforms, AI-supported tools, and the evolving online landscape • Good understanding of the competitive landscape within niche fragrance, beauty, and premium lifestyle • Independence, ownership, decisiveness, and a strong growth mindset • Genuine interest in fragrance and a strong feel for niche and premium brand culture • Polish is an additional advantage Location: Austin, Texas, USA This is an in-office role based at the company’s headquarters.
