REYNA , the Mediterranean Tapas and Cocktail Bar in Union Square, is looking for an
Events Sales Manager & Coordinator
with experience working with corporate companies, brands, wedding coordinators and more. REYNA has 2 spaces for events: REYNA can hold up to 175ppl and LE LOUIS, the speakeasy lounge below, can hold up to 120ppl.

This is an in‑house, full‑time position. The salary is base and we also pay a commission on each event booked. Our policy includes good moods, positive attitudes, and people who possess a love for the service industry; people bring back people is our company motto.
Must have at least 5 years experience in event sales and coordination.
Job Description Includes but not limited to:
Must have industry knowledge and experience
Must have strong problem‑solving skills
Set monthly sales targets and achieve them
Be the point person for all events/catering communications
Organize all events from kitchen menu to FOH coordination
Manage and organize all private events from inception to execution
Build strong relationships with clients in order to secure repeat business
Work closely with chefs to develop menus for events
Develop event sales strategies to increase revenue
Must be energetic and enthusiastic and love the hospitality business
