About Float: Float Studio is a small interior architecture and design studio based in NYC. We care about doing great work without burning people out. We are looking for someone who is calm, organized, and genuinely enjoys supporting a small team.
The Role: We are looking for an Intermediate Interior Designer who is highly organized and detail oriented to support the studio across active projects. This role supports project teams across all phases of design, from programming and concept through construction administration and installation.

Other weeks may lean into sourcing research, presentation production, or internal documentation. The role requires someone comfortable moving between design tasks while maintaining a high level of precision.
