Director, HR Business Partner
Pharmavite is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to the Nature Made business. Reporting to the VP, HR Business Partner & Employee Relations, this role drives organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and talent strategy, and advancing the broader HRBP function to support a strategic, business-impacting model. Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include: Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leaders, providing practical, solutions-oriented guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and team performance while ensuring strong operational execution. Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, development planning, and succession planning for critical roles, building bench strength and preparing the organization for future growth. Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies and plans, balancing immediate operational needs with long-term capability and organizational development. Lead core HR processes with excellence and discipline, including performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and talent reviews, ensuring consistency and high standards of execution. Provide risk-balanced employee relations guidance in partnership with ER and Legal, determining when to lead, when to escalate, and ensuring compliant and consistent outcomes. Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs and initiatives, while identifying opportunities to enhance clarity, scalability, and overall impact. Leverage engagement data, performance trends, retention insights, and workforce analytics to inform decisions and deliver practical, data-driven recommendations to leaders. Support organizational change initiatives by equipping leaders to communicate effectively, manage business impact, and reinforce new expectations to drive adoption and sustained performance. You'll be most successful in this role if you have: The ability to operate at both altitude and ground level seamlessly shifting between strategic advisory work and hands-on execution without losing momentum in either. Credibility and presence with senior leaders building trust quickly, providing clear recommendations, and influencing decisions with sound judgment and business acumen. Strong ownership and accountability driving results end-to-end, anticipating risks, and following through with disciplined execution. A data-informed and practical mindset using insights to diagnose issues, prioritize effectively, and translate analysis into actionable solutions. The ability to lead through complexity and change staying steady in ambiguity, reinforcing expectations, and helping leaders navigate organizational shifts with clarity and confidence. In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field. 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR Business Partner leadership in complex, fast-paced environments. Proven ability to balance hands-on HR execution with long-term strategic thinking, effectively managing both operational fundamentals and forward-looking priorities. Demonstrated experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, succession, and leadership capability. Strong executive coaching and leadership development capability, with experience strengthening succession pipelines and building leadership depth. Deep business acumen with operational rigor, sound judgment, and the ability to translate business priorities into actionable, scalable HR strategies. Collaborative, enterprise-minded approach with experience partnering across HR COEs, ER, and Legal, using data and insights to drive integrated, risk-balanced solutions. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $159,000 - $265,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas. Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills.
