Your North Star:
Drive the zero-to-one launch of Pomelo's newest women's health offering by building a best-in-class lifecycle and retention program that inspires deep patient trust and long-term engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: Closely partner with the Head of Growth to set full-funnel DTC growth strategy spanning new patient acquisition and lifecycle marketing Own acquisition channels and drive the day-to-day execution of the DTC growth strategy across paid social, SEM, SEO/GEO, and other channels Build a high-velocity testing and optimization engine from the ground up - create ads, run iterative tests, and synthesize data and qualitative insights to drive fast and efficient learning Manage and optimize the acquisition marketing budget, balancing new patient acquisition targets with CAC efficiency Lead and manage key agency relationships and external partners, holding them accountable for delivering strong results and performance improvements Partner with Product to identify friction points and optimize end to end funnel CVR Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to ensure marketing builds patient trust and play a key role in meeting high patient satisfaction goals Who You Are
4-6+ years of experience in DTC growth marketing with deep hands-on experience acquisition marketing; experience in retention marketing is a huge plus Experience in a 0-1 growth environment testing, iterating, and scaling channels from scratch A hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly from idea to test, and balances brand building with short-term performance needs Demonstrable experience owning and operating paid social channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok) with a 6-figure monthly spend Strong balance of 'right brain' and 'left brain' you enjoy balancing creative ideation with data-driven decision making Excellent analytical skills, with experience in forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis to derive insights and drive decision making Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive alignment across cross-functional and external partners Bonus Points If You Have Any Of The Following

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $130,000 - $170,000 annually. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be taken into consideration, so we allow some choice between equity and cash.
