Position Summary
The Manager, Advertising Sales – Sam’s Club Member Access Platform (MAP), will take ownership of growing the Energy vertical within the Beverage portfolio by building high-impact partnerships with energy drink suppliers and internal merchants. This role centers on helping suppliers and merchants grow their brands and categories by connecting MAP first‑party member data and insights with omni‑channel media solutions. You’ll operate at the intersection of sales strategy, insight‑led storytelling, and relationship building—partnering with suppliers and merchants to identify growth opportunities, activate data‑driven campaigns, and measure impact. Success in this role means deepening supplier and merchant partnerships, delivering strong campaign performance, and positioning MAP as a trusted platform for reaching and engaging Sam’s Club members across channels.
What You'll Do
Own and grow the Energy advertising portfolio by identifying, pitching, and activating high‑impact opportunities in partnership with energy drink suppliers and Sam’s Club merchants within your first 6–12 months
Rapidly build trust with key supplier and merchant partners, becoming a go‑to advisor by translating first‑party insights into actionable media strategies that support brand and category growth
Unlock incremental growth opportunities by proactively identifying whitespace, expanding partner adoption of MAP solutions, and moving beyond one‑time media buys to longer‑term growth plans
Leverage first‑party membership data to craft compelling, insight‑led narratives that guide planning, activation, and optimization of omni‑channel campaigns
Lead end‑to‑end partnership cycles, from opportunity identification and solution design through negotiation and execution of strategic MAP programs
Collaborate cross‑functionally with insights, marketing, and product teams to deliver omni solutions and high‑performing campaigns with clear measurement plans
Cross‑share best practices in relationship management, storytelling, and consultative selling
Continuously refine go‑to‑market strategies based on performance data, market trends, and evolving supplier and merchant needs

Bentonville, Arkansas: salary range $80,000.00 – $155,000.00
Hoboken, New Jersey: salary range $96,000.00 – $186,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location.
