Men’s & Young Men’s Designer – Loungewear & Underwear
Fast-growing fashion company specializing in young men’s and boys’ streetwear for the off-price market looking for Loungewear and Underwear Designer. As the business expands, we are broadening our loungewear and underwear lines and are looking for talented designers who can take ownership of the full design process from concept to packaging.
Loungewear & Underwear Designer (Full Responsibility: CAD, Tech Pack & Packaging) Responsibilities
Develop CADs and detailed tech packs for men’s loungewear and underwear.
Design packaging and label specs that align with brand identity.
Own the entire design process from concept through sample review.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate execution.
Review samples for quality, fit, and finish.
Qualifications
Proven experience in men’s fashion design, particularly loungewear or underwear.
Strong technical skills in CAD, tech packs, and packaging specifications.
Deep understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salary: $95,000 - $120,000
