Role Description Are you motivated and enjoy working with people? We're looking for someone who can become part of our business, family and culture. This is a part-time, long-term remote role for an Appointment Setter / Client Engagement Specialist based in Atlanta, GA. The specialist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, generating leads, and managing client engagements to ensure a seamless experience. Key responsibilities include contacting potential clients, building rapport, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the team to meet outreach goals while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Must be based in Metro Atlanta
Experience in Lead Generation or setting appointments
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client engagement
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in CRM software or scheduling tools is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, especially in financial services, is a plus
Must be 18 and able to pass background check
Open to obtaining a Life Insurance License within 30 days
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to warm and semi-warm leads
Follow up with prospects and past inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments
Attend weekly team/strategy meetings

Total Hours: up to 10hrs /week
