As a Tenant Service Representative at JLL, you will be the front desk person and greeter for an Office building or portfolio. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients and visitors. Estimated total compensation for this position $20.65 - $23.08 per hour. The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
Expected Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
What your day-to-day will look like
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Process and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs, and facility services to ensure timely resolution of tenant needs
Collaborate with property management, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery and tenant satisfaction
Support building events, communications, and community engagement initiatives that enhance the tenant experience
Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of tenant databases
All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations
On-site Presence Required Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or office environments
1-2 years of experience with work order management systems and vendor coordination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Reliable attendance and punctuality with commitment to providing consistent, high-quality service
