Senior Business Analyst
Permanent Position
Remote, occasionally onsite in Houston

SUMMARY We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to partner with senior leadership, including VP and CIO-level stakeholders, to drive business and technology initiatives. This role will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing current and future state processes, and supporting the development of web-based applications and IT systems.
DUTIES
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements (BRDs)
Develop current state and future state process flows using Visio
Work closely with project teams and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Support onsite meetings, demos, and stakeholder presentations
Communicate effectively with senior leadership and articulate requirements clearly to both business and technical teams
Assist in designing solutions and guiding discussions between management and technical teams
REQUIREMENTS
Strong experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst or IT Analyst
Proven ability to work with executive-level stakeholders (VP/CIO)
Expertise in business process analysis, documentation, and workflow design
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with Visio and creating process flows
