We are hiring an Ecommerce Product & Creative Specialist to manage and improve how our products are presented on our Shopify store.

This is an

in-person role

working closely with our team across product, marketing, and production. You will play a key role in ensuring our product pages are accurate, visually compelling, and optimized to convert traffic into customers.

This role combines

Shopify product management, graphic design, and conversion-focused thinking .

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Shopify Product Management

Create, update, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, variants)

Manage new product launches and updates

Organize collections and product structure for usability and SEO

Ensure accuracy across a high-SKU, highly configurable catalog

Implement pricing changes, promotions, and product availability updates

Conversion Optimization (CRO Support)

Improve product pages to increase add-to-cart rate

Optimize product descriptions with clear, benefit-driven messaging

Enhance mobile experience and reduce friction in the buying process

Assist with testing offers (bundles, upsells, promotions)

Graphic Design & Creative

Design product graphics (feature callouts, comparison charts, overlays)

Create website banners and promotional assets

Support marketing team with visuals for email and social content

Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative assets

Content & SEO Support

Format and publish collection pages and landing pages

Assist with SEO improvements (titles, meta descriptions, internal linking)

Help build product and search-driven content pages

Cross-Team Collaboration (Important)

Work directly with product and production teams to ensure accuracy

Collaborate with marketing/media team on campaigns and launches

Help quickly implement site updates based on real-time performance data

Qualifications

Experience working in

Shopify (required)

Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar)

Understanding of ecommerce best practices and conversion principles

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to manage a large and complex product catalog

Strong written communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Shopify apps (product options, bundling, CRO tools)

Familiarity with Klaviyo or email marketing platforms

Basic understanding of paid media / landing page optimization

Interest or familiarity with firearms or everyday carry gear
