Role Overview The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting revenue growth for one of our high-growth partner companies. This role is designed for individuals who are motivated to learn, develop foundational sales skills, and accelerate their career trajectory, a 12-18 month stepping stone into the real world.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, educate, and develop leads to create sales-ready opportunities
Generate new revenue by creating and developing accounts and increasing market share
Manage early stages of the sales cycle including prospecting and discovery
Research and maintain account data and generate interest from prospective customers
Achieve monthly quotas for meetings and qualified opportunities
Build strong, credible relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with leadership and provide feedback to improve sales processes
Continuously learn and apply modern sales tools, messaging, and techniques
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
Ability to start within 60 days and commute to Framingham, MA
Strong desire to learn and build or transition into a career in sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of motivation, resilience, and coachability
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship, leadership, or customer-facing experience
Exposure to sales, recruiting, or startup environments is a plus
