We're seeking a seasoned financial leader to oversee and elevate our accounting and financial operations. The Director of Finance will lead Odorzx Inc.'s accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective financial processes across the business. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can oversee day-to-day accounting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and team management while partnering closely with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions. **Please note that this is an in office position. Any applicants living outside of Nevada will not be considered.** Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) in accordance with GAAP. Ensure timely and accurate closing processes. Manage tax compliance and reporting obligations. Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets. Implement and maintain robust internal controls. Coordinate external audits and support audit requests. Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles. Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and key KPIs. Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. Supervise and mentor accounting staff. Promote process improvements and training to elevate team performance. Collaborate with senior executives on financial planning, long-term strategy, and operational efficiency. Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and modeling.
