Premier Exteriors is seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator with experience in stucco and exterior cladding systems. This role is responsible for reviewing plans and specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, and supporting bids through contract award.
Responsibilities
Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets
Analyze labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor, and vendor pricing
Identify scope gaps, risks, and value-engineering opportunities
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
Prepare and submit bid proposals on time
Conduct site visits as needed to assess project conditions
Maintain and update estimate data throughout the bidding process
Qualifications
3-5 years of commercial construction estimating experience
Experience estimating stucco, siding, and exterior cladding systems preferred
Ability to prepare bids through contract award
Proficiency with Excel and construction estimating software
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and safety requirements
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Compensation and benefits
Pay:
$75,000-$85,000 per year, based on experience
Quarterly performance-based bonus opportunity
401(k) with company match
