Named the #1 Honda Retail Dealer in California in 2024 and a 29-time #1 Honda Dealer in the World, this store operates at a level most fixed ops professionals only read about. If you’ve spent your career building toward something truly elite, this is it.

Situated at the center of the Cerritos Auto Square, the world’s largest auto mall, Norm Reeves Honda serves one of the most densely populated and loyal automotive markets in the United States. The service department backing this store is one of the highest-volume fixed operations in the entire Honda network. We need a visionary, results-driven leader to take the helm as our next Service Director.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Full P&L ownership of the service and parts operations - one of the highest-grossing fixed ops departments in the Honda network

Direct leadership over Service Managers, Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts teams across a large, complex department

Drive CSI scores, service retention, and service absorption rate at a level befitting a world-class store

Set and execute a long-term strategic vision for growth, process improvement, and menu selling performance

Partner with General Management to align fixed ops performance with overall dealership goals

Build, develop, and retain a high-performance talent pipeline, the kind that keeps a #1 store at #1

Maintain factory relations and full compliance with American Honda Motor Company standards

Oversee warranty, internal, and customer-pay revenue streams with precision and expertise

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Proven track record as a fixed operations leader — Service Director or senior Fixed Ops Manager at a high-volume dealership (Honda/Japanese brand experience a strong plus)

Demonstrated success growing gross profit, improving CSI, and developing winning service teams

Financially sophisticated — you read a P&L, find the opportunity, and build an action plan

A people-first leader with low ego and high accountability — you inspire performance without chaos

Experience managing large teams including Master and Honda-certified technicians

Deep familiarity with DMS platforms, OEM warranty processes, and fixed operations best practices

Strong communicator who can operate effectively at the executive level while staying connected to the service drive

The hunger and discipline to operate consistently at the very top of this industry
